We will be a small group of around 12 participants and retreat out of our everyday lives.
Power play is the theme in March 2024. Power play originally comes from ice hockey and refers to an outnumbering situation. What would it be like if you had a surplus of resources at your disposal? Instead of stressors...
During the 3 1/2 days in the Allgaeu, it is important to me as your host that you disconnect from everything that stresses you out and instead connect with activities that cultivate life energy and provide you with abundant resources. This is what we are playing with and I promise you that you will emerge stronger.
5 pillars contribute to this purpose:
Everyone comes with their own story. I am a free-spirited person and want to give my participants maximum freedom. You decide which activities you join in and which you don't. You pay attention to your fellow participants and respect their limits. You support them in developing themselves without neglecting yourself.
Read on if this matches your vibe.
Whether with hiking boots, trail runners or ski boots - the Allgäu is an ideal place to actively experience the mountains. On a hike, you arrive twice - at the summit and at yourself. The mountain air changes our perception and potentially you get into a flow state while hiking, where it's all about putting one step in front of the other. And your monkey mind finds rest in the action of hiking.
Surrounded by picturesque nature in the middle of the mountains, we can set off on hikes right from the doorstep.
A highlight is the Steigbachtobel - a waterfall just 30 minutes from our accommodation - for all (future) ice bathers.
We will be staying at TBC in Immenstadt - a perfect retreat in the mountains of the Allgäu.
In a unique secluded location, in the middle of a nature park at the end of a road, without any through traffic, surrounded by mountains and hiking trails.
The team on site has over 20 years of experience and supports us in our power play.
We get vegetarian or vegan food, mostly organic.
Our yoga room is equipped with mats and meditation cushions so that you can travel light.
The rooms are cozy, simple and clearly designed and have a washing facility with mirror and shelf, as well as a table and chair.
There are plenty of modern toilets on each floor, as well as shower rooms with discreet single cubicles, and you can choose between rooms with wooden floors or white, cozy sheep's wool carpets.
The double rooms have separate beds.
Extra pillows are at your disposal.
Due to the weather conditions and my free spirit, we cannot decide exactly what we will do and when.
We are planning 1-3 hikes, more intensive yoga in the morning, restorative yoga and mantra chanting in the evening.
In total we have:

Sound bath healer, yogi and meditation enthusiast.
Giving sound baths to people around and happy to find joy within. Love to help people and connect with their inner mind & soul through sound healing.
There are no minimum requirements for yoga, I design the class so that all levels are taken care of.
In order to participate in all hikes, you should be able to manage 4-hour hikes with a height difference of around 500 meters.
As a general rule, you do not have to participate in yoga, all hikes or other activities. This is a retreat for you to (re)connect with yourself.
